Wild birds being fed at Devon B&B Guest House Barnstaple

birds and bees at North Devon B&B guest house near Umberleigh are well looked after

It is time for the birds and bees at North Devon B&B Guest House near Umberleigh !!

One of Roger’s daily chores at West Down bed and breakfast, guest house is to make sure that the feathered visitors are well catered for. This ensures that there is a constant procession of wild birds in attendance at the many bird feeders visible from the comfy conservatory¬† to delight guests sitting in the conservatory during the daytime or relaxing there after one of Brenda’s AA award wining meals.

Slightly less welcome but non the less interesting and relevant to our environment was a swarm of bees that recently descended on the B&B guest house gardens. This shimmering mass were on the search for a new home and had to be helped on their way by a local bee keeper who despite looking like something from Star Wars did a great job of relocating them.

Please be sure to keep an eye on our special offers and late availability pages so that we can welcome you back or as new friends to our AA award wining bed & breakfast, guest house in Glorious North Devon so that the birds and bees at North Devon B&B guest house near Umberleigh are not the only ones being well looked after.

Kind regards,

Roger & Brenda.
