Brenda starts Pilates class
Not content with all of the energy and calories that she burns up providing a wonderful guest experience at West Down B&B Guest House, Brenda has started to attend a weekly Pilates class.
In her own words Brenda says:
I have started a Pilates class in the Village to try and improve my fitness levels, help with creating better joint mobility, muscle mobility and strength. Also it will help with improving my posture etc. as age goes on.
This is my first class and enjoyed doing it.
