Many of our repeat guests come to our B&B guesthouse to unwind and enjoy excellent food in a relaxed atmosphere, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

West Down B&B guest house is located in North Devon on the edge of Exmoor between Barnstaple, Umberleigh and Torrington.

We are ideally situated for exploring North Devon’s National Trust houses such as Arlington Court and Dunster Castle. RHS Rosemoor and the South West Coastal Path and villages including Clovelly, Hartland and Instow are nearby.
